Aman'Thul is Down

Aman' Thul is down for the next few hours.

For those who don't know what I am talking about, check this out...

Yup. I got it. I got World of Warcraft! Got tired of waiting for World of Warcraft Philippines.

Now, I slowly feel my life draining away. I blog less now. I can't wait to get home to fire up the PC and explore Azeroth. But then again, if you're in Aman' Thul, look me up, Thorsbane, Dwarf Hunter. See you there.

Oh and it's my birthday today. Guess I'll be spending it in front of my pc.

Dang! I got World of Warcrack fever...

Da Vinci Code Passes Passion Worldwide

...Da Vinci Code is still red hot overseas and set another benchmark: passing The Passion of the Christ globally with $642 million compared to $623 million, making Sony's religious thriller the 26th biggest all-time hit...

I remember when The Passion was shown here, it was virtually shoved down my throat. I mean, everyone was forcing everyone else to watch it. And to this day, I haven't seen it.

Well, it was the opposite with The Da Vinci Code. The same guys who pushed The Passion now is making everyone not watch Da Vinci. And yet, it grossed higher than The Passion of the Christ.

Maybe they didn't pray well enough...

Mrs. World 2006 Finale

The 2006 Mrs. World Beauty Pageant.

It has everything...

Child endangernment, rumors of favoritism, and the crowning of the wrong winner...

You just have to watch it.

Pretty much reminds me of Philippine beauty pageant shows.

Lioness in zoo kills man who invoked God

A man shouting that God would keep him safe was mauled to death by a lioness in Kiev zoo after he crept into the animal's enclosure, a zoo official said on Monday.
"The man shouted 'God will save me, if he exists', lowered himself by a rope into the enclosure, took his shoes off and went up to the lions," the official said...
In the Philippines, you can buy amulets that are supposed to give you magical powers. Filipinos are constantly stopped/arrested in airport security checks for wearing a bullet in the necklace. This is widely believed to protect one from death. And to think that we are now in the 21st century...

In a way, God did save that man then... from living a life of stupidity.

Kiefer Sutherland in four Jack Bauer '24' inspired japanese commercials for Calorie Mate.
